4. The Edison
The Edison is a club also located in Downtown, not far from Club Mayan and various other nightclubs. Edison came to town in 2007 and has become one of the city’s most popular nightlife hangouts. Their signature Charlie Chaplin drink is a must, and remember to check out the pool tables! There are dance floors, DJs, and lounges to kick back. The Edison charges a $10-$20 entry fee, and drinks are typically around $15. The Edison is open Wednesdays through Saturdays from 5 pm until 2 am.

Situated in the heart of West Hollywood, The Abbey is an LGBT-friendly nightclub that offers go-go dancers, dance floors, DJs, cocktails, and more. Voted one of America’s best LGBT clubs, The Abbey is located in the heart of West Hollywood. Because of its short distance from other gay-friendly clubs such as Rage and Micky’s, many order their party bus trips to visit numerous West Hollywood clubs in one night. Come here for the best male go-go dancers and a hip crowd and lots of dancing. The Abbey stays open until 2am every day of the week, and drinks are averaging $13-$15.
2. The Avalon Hollywood
Avalon boasts one of the city’s most modern nightlife scenes. Located on Vine Street, it is one of the biggest clubs in the city. Come here to party the night away with DJ and house music, and an unusually big dance floor. Avalon is also a concert hall where various famous stars have performed. The entrance fee can vary but is often $20-$25. Drinks are averaging $15. The Avalon is one of the latest-closing clubs in town, staying open till 5am on Fridays and 8am on Saturdays.
