Our Tips
Make sure to begin your travel by greeting them. They are people too. Many travelers are busy and focused on their own agenda that they hardly recognize or acknowledge the flight attendant when they board the plane. Instead of ignoring the airplane staff, it pays to recognize and acknowledge them. All you must do is greet them and say hello as you enter the plane and head toward your seat. Listen to their conversations. You might have input and exchange pleasantries.
Make sure to take out any items that you may need from your carry-on bag before you enter the plane. Otherwise, you will be rummaging through your carry-on bag and holding up everyone making their way into their seats, making it tougher on the flight attendant.
And while you’re at it, keep in mind, if your bag is too heavy for you, it’s not good form to make an attendant lift it for you. If the bag is too heavy for you to handle, you should have checked it. Keep in mind that airlines don’t allow attendants to lift bags because of the many safety issues and the exertion it would require if they had to do it all day long.
You are used to the flight attendants offering passengers snacks. Why switch it up and offer a treat to them? Most airlines don’t feed the flight attendants, and they often get very little break time to eat during their shifts. Bring a treat, maybe a candy bar and give them to the attendants as a way to say thank you for your assistance. They will be sure to hold you in high regard.
As they say, one can catch more flies "with honey" than "vinegar." The more friendly you are in the air, the more pleasant your travels will be. Start your trip off right with a ride from a reputable LA limo service for your LAX limousine transportation! We won't let you down!
